This seems like an article designed to halt momentum.  The mood of the article is negative but to me it makes no sense.  Going online before the FN have been trained for the jobs is a ridiculous statement when 3000 have already been trained thru gov't programs.  This is an excuse why it has been delayed so long already. 

The whole article just seems to explain past delays.

The addition of comments of an outside dissenter from Fort Albany which ia south of Attawaspiskat is pointless.  The time for these discussions is past.

Ignore this piece as useless news.
