Message: Re: Marten Falls First Nation and KWG to Create Mining Partnership

I hope the question of partnership arrangements with the First Nations is brought up during the Noront shareholders meeting.  It would be interesting to know what Alan's views are on this subject.  KWG seems to be taking a different approach, which although at first glance would appear to be helping their efforts I think in the long run it will deminish the percentage of what little they own of their claims.  One would have to question whether they want to mine at all, or are just in it to advance their patent pursuit. Also interesting to know is whether the other portions of their shared claims with Noront, BOLD and or possibly Fancamp are going to be kept separate from this KWG proposal, or be forced to follow suit.

I guess KWG believes that their is so much to go around that they can afford to give more than they should.  I just hope the First Nations realize that not all agreements are the same, and that KWG may be making this deal because this is their only recourse without a railroad, an EA, or definitive big money investor.  The fact that this deal does not include the rest of the Matawa is also unsettling, because if I was one of the others I would be seriously pissed; infighting.

So....Does this mean that Matawa is divided?  Looks like it. Hence the reason why Wynne is willing deal with them as such.
