Had they not accepted support payments from the federal government then I would say that they may have a valid point regarding partnership.

HOWEVER they did accept support and for that reason I also am of the opinion that they no longer deserve partnership.

Jobs and infrastructured that come with local development is all that they deserve and should welcome that.

Any protests above that are on a compromised basis.
