Vermeer - don't forget that the 0,86 Baosteel once paid equals about ~40% today .. that is how dilutive Noront BOD operated continuously ... that is how costly all the waiting time was; Cash being burned new financings diluting old shareholders.

 

Nonetheless let's hope the fire got started - this time for real!
