The FNs have said that they are not ready for rail yet. Period. Noront has always played along well with the FNs and have tried their best to develop with that in mind.

Yes, China is coming but only recently for KWG. Let's not forget BoaSteel and that was years ago.

The truth is, ppl and companies are flying blind while the framework negotiations are happening. We've seen the news releases acknowledging FN issues. I agree that this is part of the overall scenario in the RoF and other resource developments.

However, this railroad business is laughable and Smeenk is still trying to be sly. He may not realize it, but he has stalled the RoF in many ways to everyone's detriment before and is doing it again. If only he was bought out instead of Spider, we'd be much happier today.
