This is disgusting....to think that as Canadians we have to go and kowtow (pun intended) to the Chinese for money for this valuable project, while the Ontario Liberal government and the Federal Liberal government sit on their accumulated asses and promise the sky BUT do nothing except spout words and platitudes!!!

Oh, I forgot they are both broke and still making promises????
