Thanks for posting the link for that comprehensive report. The map includes the network of roads linking the FN communities proposed by various parties and discussed in previous posts. A picture is worth a thousand words!

As I recall, there were quite a bit of discussion and cost estimates for various sections of the road network on the KWG board a couple of years back. Usually, the proposed permanent roads would follow the existing forest roads or ice roads to minimize the effort in doing an EA.
