I agree Denis, but I think NOT would be OK with that. The main trunk road would get things going, I my view that is the first thing that needs to happen and it would create the most immediate benifits to everyone involved. This is just ordinary common sense. We dont need a working railroad for at least 5 years. Also the railroad builders will want a road first and foremost. IT aint rocket science.
