there could be a worse scenario...if for example the TPP allowed the Chinese to bring in workers from Mexico to build the railway...

hmm, I just had an idea...want to bring in additional refugees in the future (above and beyond the numbers which Canada has already committed to )...a ready-made work-force...but First Nations should have first dibs...
