How ironic. We used the Chinese to build the Great Canadian Railway back in the day and now they'll use us to build "theirs". If the Canadian gov't puts up with this then shame on them.....and unfortunate for us losing control. But then "Canadians" have pretty much always sold off their birthright. Can't wait to see the details of this agreement...if they're ever really made public.
