No, broadband doesn't need a road but it does need a corridor. The corridors are in question at the moment. Some decisions need to be made before these out of the way areas can be serviced. The satilite internet is not reliable for the communities. The FN in the area have to stop second quessing the area and come up with an allowed access route. Anounce a corridor is all they have to do right now.
