awwww.... I feel so bad that they feel like they have been left out. I am confused here.

A Noront Resources working group has spent the past three years with a shovel-ready plan to get those communities connected with a road with services but still don't see any commitments from the Matawa Tribal Council and the provincial and federal governments.
