The budget is to great extent focussed on infrastructure rather than anything else. Should be terrific for the ROF, from a helicopterview it looks fantastic as this is what is needed. If the ROF does Not get the road in the end, say if, one can conclude that without the mega infrastructure budget it would never take place. I see it as one big opportunity. So much money to invest in infra, ROF is closing in......
