I personally wasn't expecting anything definitive today. This was more about allocating funds than specifics. Just because there is no particular reference to the ROF, doesn't mean it won't be included within these monies. There isn't enough definition to determine one way or the other. I still say we will see a significant price increase in the near term future. Trading has been odd to say the least. We will see. Good luck folks.
