The provincial gov't was in the process of making the application for the billion dollar from the feds to read as to how the funds would be spent.

East/West road route will be determined by end of March with possible extension of 90 days.

Cost projected for the Noront portion was approximately half a billion dollars, with the access roads to the surrounding reserves while not part of Noront concern was another approximate quarter of a billion.

Road to be completed by 2018, Mine to be in operation by 2020.
