"Blame Noront for putting the company in this financial predicament" How did you come up with that? Noront has done everything it can to keep the ROF alive but it's financial predicament is not of it's making. The lack of interest by big investors is the problem over which Noront has no control.

I do blame the natives for the situation. What have they done to facilitate development of the ROF? Nothing. At least the province announced a billion dollars for infrastructure, what good announcements have the natives made?
