Forgot to say that I am in sympathy with the natives in Alberta affected by the oil sands. That activity is creating a lot of environmental damage with relatively little benefit to the natives or Canada. It is crazy to export raw bitumen, especially at low prices. It is a limited resource and we should try to conserve it by producing less and exporting only value added products.
