If they intend to produce stainless steel in Canada why would they not have had more of an interest in Cliff's ground? Like someone else suggested maybe they are taking a wait and see attitude with respect to infrastructure? The truth should come out when the loan to Franco-Nevada comes due. If they are serious about stainless steel I would think they would pay off the loan for Noront and not let Franco-Nevada get their hands on the chromite.
