So at 290,000 tonnes per annum , that SKS capacity represents only ~1% of worldwide stainless steel production for the first 9 months of 2015.

STAINLESS STEEL PRODUCTION REACHED 31.3 MILLION METRIC TONS IN THE FIRST NINE MONTHS OF 2015

2015 –

The International Stainless Steel Forum (ISSF) has released
figures for the first nine months of 2015 totaling 31.3 million metric tons stainless steelmelt shop production, a decrease of 0.5% year–on–year. Production increased in the Americas and in China.
