Probably there were never spoken truer words re the native peoples of N. America:

" The people of the First Nations are in desperate need of help."

However too many are expecting a freebie instead of rolling up the sleeves like the immigrants did.

Even if the companies of the future Ring do give then huge chunks of cash that may not pull all of them out of the rut. They have to do so themselves. We are not their savours.
