If Approval of TOF for Enviro Assessment for Eagle's Nest was actually received as

Jody Porter reports then it's just as Noront management said in MDA at the end

of May. They stated that NOT received Regional Exploration Permit and were expecting

to receive Approval of Terms OF Reference for Enviro Assessment in the second quarter

of this year. Lets hope that she is correct this time. If so we are finally seeing some

real progress albeit slow but a forward movement.
