I beleive someone knew this announcement was coming yesterday and it casts a shadow on the entire ROF, thus our closing NOT share price.

Hi Goldstar.......Maybe we will close the gap 34-35 cents left unfilled from

early days of February.

A long time fence sitter regarding purchase of KWG and after KWG PR man

stated to one poster: we are postponing work till Septembar when we will

not even need to spend any mony if we get to 100% ownership of Black Horse,

I had no choise but to back out. I felt that in relation to Noront price ( long time

NOT investor) KWGs risk reward ratio was getting attractive at one NOT to 20+ kWG.

With the latest announcement from KWG there is less and less clarity.

BTW Goldstar your post on the other forum regarding Delistings applies to US market

and very little if at all to Canadian markets. KWG delisting is born out of nessecity

and not like the different ones you cite as ploys of opportunity.
