That represents $700,000, so KWG could not or did not want to deliver as cash, why?

"TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV“) was unable to grant a similar waiver."
So what do they know that ordinary investors may not?

And some were posting here that we should merge with our neighbour. Perhaps this is one of the answers as to why not.
