So KWG with a fraction of market cap of Noront and three times the outstanding shares is going to aquire Cliffs's chromite but not Noront.
Not sure if true, but heard that requirement of TSX for financings, a company has to have a share price above 5 cents. If so how is KWG going to do that with one twentieth the share price of Noront.

No I am not pumping the idea that Noront will aquire Cliffs' chromite but you are the pot that is calling the tea kettle black and are here only to pump KWG.
