If they are an anvil around Noront's neck the effect must be even more so on KWG's.

Keep trying but find a logical reason first. Everything you tried this far testified against a merge.

Like others told you before, today and for the near future KWG needs Noront more than the reverse. Noront is a flag bearer for the Ring. If Noront fails in some way to get the infrastructures then what hope have the other companies of the Ring.
