With the mention of government support Colinj one would almost think that Noront was told to keep quiet (gag order) from either the provincial or federal ministers involved. IMO assurances have been given by one of the two (Gravelle or Rickford) to Noront that they will get what they need in due time, the only problem here is that this will be at a bureaucratic pace, similar to what one may see from a snail in a snow storm.
