I do not understand your strange logic.
How does a drop of a cent in share price set up a run up?

The drop of a cent is due to the news of railway to James Bay and the sale of northern railway to Moosonee is on hold or maybe even a non event. In other words that news is getting old.

If events persist as present there is no incentive for sp to go up, on the contrary it will stay and eventually slide down until next news.

Share price moves on news and not on wishfull thinking, sp history charts or even state of weather for the day.
