For all practical purposes I have not got rid of any shates since about 2009 But Aquired.

Yes I sold some since then but not only replaced them at a lower price but am holding way more as a result.

Not to be glib but I welcome sp going down when I have a few dollars in my accounts.

As for governments and natives, it was no plan, just unwillingness to cooperate.
