Ontario has been deservedly bypassed by the Feds in the RoF by its years false promises and lack ability to deliver anything other than bogus blue sky promises such as "balanced budgets"; "a pension plan", and now "high speed rail with jobs". The "sudden" Ontario u turn away from its' election promised, "no strings attached $1B" ROF no-plan" to an even longer timelined , multiple $B more expensive , southern Ontario city centric, PR pipe dream, is hugely bogus. A transparent attempt to change the promised "jobs story " away from federal money and leadership, to something Wynne can pretend is more important (the Windsor-Toronto cities corridor; and away from The growing crescendo of deserved criticisms and complete financial failures. I'm optimistic now that the Feds will formally act for the FN in the ROF, and put a nail into the Ontario professed/falsely promised ROF support. Peter
