there is a little bit of ROF extinguishing going on here. Pour a little water on the area and you freeze it up like a popsicle....for investing. So the sp plummets a bit more and it sits on the bottom collecting dust and losing favour. Suddenly, surprise..surprise, the gov't decides it's time to get this thing going and look at all of those cheap shares to be had....better grab 'em quick eh? Seen this in any other stock over the years.....it lays like a dog and then suddenly it's revitalized? Presently I write a good outline for my fiction story. I wonder if it will find a basis in reality. I say, this could work well as a way to cool the jets of the FN and the green groups in my story. They've been pumped with the prospects of profit. Let's let them mellow a bit on their, perhaps, distant future prospects....in my story that is.

Imagine being able to determine, with a pen, the fate of a multi-billion dollar enterprise. That's a very powerful position to be in.....with a lot of potential "stuff" attached to it.
