I am liking what I'm seeing. This is the first time, to my knowledge, the Feds have came out and directly stated they will help finance the Ring. Both sides are definitely on board we just have to adhere to their interminable timeline.

I see that one article claims there is 11 billion available to the Province, while the other states only 2.7 billion???
