Message: KWG, Noront keen on buying Cliffs' Ring of Fire assets

Funny Edgy....that a couple days ago, when I suggested consolidating the chrome assets of all the companies into the Ring of Fire development corporation, your reaction was this...

"The Development Corp. was created to develop the necessary infrastructures, so why talk about it becoming also a mining corporation."

And now...

"I still hold on to the hope that they will form a Corporation of the Ring."

Are you suggesting another corporation?

Again....what is needed is complete consolidation of all the chrome assets...within one corporation...where everyone has a stake; which includes the various mining companies that contribute their chrome assets, the government that contributes resources of their own, various first nations that contribute land rights/mineral rights....and a way to rightfully compensate all that contribute.

For this to work, everyone has to sign over their rights and live with the decisions of the corporation....some will benefit more than others; some more immediate; while others get less and have to wait for their rewards....but, everyone should realize some immidiate benefit; rather than focusing on who gets more.

There is no need to consolidate all the companies....only their chrome assets; so that, in Noronts case, their nickel/PGM/gold and other assets are not included.

Reasons why all the chrome assets need to be consolidated (partial list of the top of my head):

-- too many seperate interest, which result in court battles, blockades, and the worst...indecision

-- there is only so much demand for chrome, so the demand would not support multiple chrome mines

-- multiple approaches cause duplication of expenses...wtih no guarantee of a return...certainly not for everyone

-- going it alone makes only one winner and many losers

Reasons for not consolidating

-- if you believe you will be that one winner
