It is true IF the buyer acts the same way after buying as Cliffs did.

Noront would not and that is why it would be a good buy for Noront. It is a good asset, one just has to go about it the right way. No I do not mean the 'right way' as the Ontario government has done of late. ( Feds not blameless either.)
