ONT legislature doesn't get back until OCT...it is after all politics. Be seen to be doing something if nothing else. Think Gravelle was "shamed" into announcing the Dev Corp by Rickford. Wynne would want to stand up in legislature and try to shame Feds by announcing perhaps something of substance on the ROF file. JMHO
