If never RCF and Baostell decide to finance (road and mines ); We can all say that Noront will look better with a bigger Market cap? How can they borrow as much money with a share price at .50c and get serious over political gouvernement ...

I would say within 5$ stock and even at that price, how can we handle this big loan without a massive diluation unless you sell something in return but what ? Chromite ... ok then we will get 2 company running??? And you still have the same problem of trust from political because you look to small.

If financing is around the corner, someone will have to take a big position and climb share intentionally to look as a Big daddy.
