You notice the dumb SOB never mentioned the imployment in the area!
He didn't mention the social ramifications to the First Nation comunitees!..hydro etc
He didn't mention the sundry industries that will follow, milling, smelting etc.!
He didn't mention the impact on other comunitee functions such as hotels, housing, restaurants etc...!!!!
When you go back to any new mining comunitees,it is not just the mine workers but all the other occupations that they need....do you think that all the people went to the North West Territories just to mine!!! Think of the doctors ,barbers, bankers and yes "ladies of the night"
This person must think that Extrada ,Vale etc..started at the point they are at now!!
This little blerb is just a jaded American view point without forethought...BNN should be ashamed to air this with out puting things in context.
The ROF will have an impact for generations in Ontario and Canada long after most of use are gone.
I am just happy to have a part in it ...
