HI Peter. I recall Mr Coutts says he being OK with the Province silence on the EA since they are relying on the Rae-Iacobucci 'powwow' (my word, not his!), from which an Agreement is awaited soon by all interested parties. Also, he mentioned at some point that the ongoing provincial elections may have an impact, saying however that Noront has taken steps to keep a line of communication with the 3 parties invloved...
