I think both parities are quiet on ROF because it was a big part of the Lib budget that they would not support just a week ago. Also, because Premier Wynn owns the ROF billion at this point and is using it as ammo in her strategy of depicting the Feds and PM as the bad guys. Good strategy for now it will change and the ROF will be available to other parties later on.
