we will have to wait until the province knows what there doing and confronts the feds with a laid out plan which all partys concerned are in agreement . in my opinion federal money on a budget would be premature....wynne met with harper never said much about it but didnt say anything bad about the meeting. makes me think harper told her he will help but shes got a lot of work to do first.....ontc....fn....ongoing but nothing in the form of a solid agreement...so we will wait still too much crap...probobly the next budget.....glta....ken
