No mention of transportation investments for the Ring in the Infrastructure section. Half a billion going to Montreal for bridge and highway repairs. Money ($300m) for bringing more high-speed internet to rural Canada. And on a positive note, $300m allocated for improving clean water, which should benefit FN's in the Ring.
