Also, concerning Noront having money, did they not get some funds & shares that may now have been sold from the sale of Windfall.....

Stratopod....You are correct.Noront received $ 5 Million, less finders fee from EAG and

25 Million shares of EAG less 1.25 Million shares as finders fee.Of those 13.75 Million

sold to Dundee corp.for 1.6 + Million and finaly 10 Million were sold for 1.2Million. will be

reflected in Dec 31/13 fiscal quarter.
