Being an accountant/b'kpr as my profession, I know how easy it is to create numbers, percentages & trends. But they don't always represent the true picture. And so I find that statement quite misleading. My family's taxes are actually up. Perhaps they are speaking more of the wealthy than the average family.

Also, concerning Noront having money, did they not get some funds & shares that may now have been sold from the sale of Windfall.....
