Agreed that it was mostly, if not only, regular shareholders trading today but per following comment I think we will be back to the shinanigans as early as monday. My 60 cents for sp has to hold off until EA is formally submitted.

From today's announcment:
"formal submission of the Report to CEAA and the MOE in early 2014."

So the Environmental Assessment will not be submitted until comment period is over and I suspect it will not be over til at least late February.
I was under the false impression that the EA was goint to be submitted Today. Am a bit disappointed.

And they announced during trading hours, go figure.
