Looking for excuses as to why not tabled yet.

He was asked for a date of the EA so he gave one. He probably wanted to be done with it this year and go on holidays with a clean slate, so today was the latest yet comfortable date.
If we do not get it today then they must have some problems with the final details.

And we do have a history of hiding under the radar, do we not?
Low sp may not be our biggest problem. Triggering a buyout could be a lot worse. So staying under cover may be the best solution.
