I do not think the tabling/submittal of EA deserves a halt to trading. It is not that important on the scale of all that will happen. Granted, it is important to us NOTsters. Don't let subjectivity cloud your minds.

The acceptance/approval is much more important than submission and could involve a halt, but even for that I think it will not happen.
