I certainly don't expect a 'Halt' for the release of the EA. They were not sure if it would be before, after or during the day of the 20th. Paul says they are not tuned that finely.

What it will give us is a boat load of reading for the Xmas break, and it will be boring reading with all the descriptions of where the culverts will go, at what depth and degree. How many feet of fill, etc.

Expect the EA will be very complete and really don't expect much if any real objections to EA. The FN have been involved with the entire process. Thanks you very much Glen Nolan.
