I thought that the testing was done on the bulk sample from Big Daddy, not the more recent ore from Black Horse.

I believe that I remember, in the cobwebs of my mind, that they had pulled out about twenty tons from Big Daddy a couple years ago. So that's probably what they're referring to. Luker's suggestion about a slipup from "metric" to "million" is probably correct. I've made typos even worse than that when I'm flying at 110 wpm and not paying enough attention.
