The AGM was not a room full of minority investors who have small amounts of shares.

There are fewer and fewer "moms and pops" as they are being systematicaly removed from the interest of the company. They will be back when those who own need to sell. The SP will rise as the next bunch of small investors are needed to pay the price to the larger new "owners
