Ontario's Environmental Commissioner...Gord Miller

He is not an expert in energy or the environment.

He is pretty good at being dishonest..though.

This guy didn't like windmills...but ..when McGuinty let him keep his job...that attitude..changed.

On November 15th, 2010, Miller was cited by Energy Minister Duguid in the Legislature as an “expert on these issues”, attacking the Ontario Conservative leader Mr. Hudak for recommending that consumers be given choices as to whether they want to be billed for their consumption on the basis of fluctuating time of use or flat rates for the commodity portion of the power bills. The environmental protection principles embedded in the Green Energy Act do not value local democracy, environmental assessment, or independent regulation granting citizens rights to due process. Miller obviously does not value the rights taken away by the Green Energy Act. -

Many folks were wondering based on Gord Miller sudden swing into being a windmill lover..if he by chance was "invested as a shareholder" in this industry. What happened to taking time to study the effects of windmills..and all the poor birdies being killed...and what about the expensive backup power to backup the windmills..not to mention the voice of the consumer.

My favorite is Miller attacking Hudak ..because Hudak recommended consumers be given choices.

For the Ring of Fire...Miller is preaching more studies, MORE consultations...the idea of let the public decide...but in the matter of windmill that he didn't like and then errrr...liked...and felt consumers SHOULD NOT HAVE A CHOICE...we'll ..what does he say to that??

In reading his trash and in listening to his "fickle" babblings.. I have only one comment.
