The time to question the enviormental aspects of an area is before any wxploration permits are availible. There are still millions of square kilometers to protect and the time is better put to stopping unexplored areas instead of stopping all season roads and power to those who live in the areas. Maybe the enviormentalists should be the ones to move the FN out to other less protected locations so they can exist without support.
